SWITZERLAND

We make a move from Keena's house at 0430hrs to Amsterdam Central Train Station. We took a train to Amsterdam Sloterdijk station where our tour bus was waiting for us. It was snowing on that morning. A very white snow and iciy!!! The bus make a move at 0530hrs sharp. Our journey tooks 1 and half day to Switzerland and overnight in a Hotel at Germany.

We reach Sargans Switzerland on 2nd day at noon. We have lunch before check in the hotel room. The room is spacious and very nice. The hotel name is Post Hotel and located at the mountain valley. In the tour group members, we are the only two person that is not Dutch. Others remaining tour group members are all Dutch. They were very nice to us and treat us like as artist. They are very keen to know about us, about Malaysia and about Islam.

Meanwhile Peter and Tini is a very nice old couple and they treat us like their own son and daughter. They also will advise us what to eat and will advise the restaurant not to put any red meat in our meal. Peter was a soldier in Indonesia a long time ago and he know about muslim culture and also he know some malay / indonesian language as well. Meanwhile, Tini was a lawyer before.

In the tour, we was bought to the Santis, Arosa, St Gallen, Luzern, Leithenstine, Mannor (shopping mall) and a lake near Sargans.

In Santis, we were bought to the very mountain peak via bus & cable car. From the top of the mountain peak, we can see 6 countries (France, Switzerland, Austria, Leithenstine, Germany & Italy).

Next interesting place was the Arosa mountain peak.We were bought there by Arosa mountain Train.Our group was occupied in special coach as we were are in 1 group.It takes 45 minutes to reach the peak.It was snow everywhere through the journey.It also was cold with maximum temperature of 0 degree celcius..
